    Common questions

Do Indians need a visa for Seychelles in 2026?+
No. Indian passport holders get a free Visitor's Permit on arrival for up to 30 days till 31 December 2026. You need a valid passport (6 months), return ticket, confirmed accommodation and sufficient funds.
Is Seychelles more expensive than Maldives?+
Not necessarily. Mid-range Seychelles can be cheaper than a comparable Maldives resort because you can self-drive, use ferries and eat at local takeaways. Luxury private islands are comparable.
    Can I find Indian / Jain / vegetarian food?+
Yes. Most 4-star and 5-star resorts have Indian chefs on call. We pre-brief dietary requirements. Local Creole cuisine has coconut-based veg options too.
How many days should I plan?+
5-7 nights is ideal. 2-3 nights Mahé, 2-3 nights Praslin/La Digue. Add 2 nights if you want a private island or Silhouette.
    Best time for a honeymoon?+
April-May and October-November — calmest seas, best beach weather and great underwater visibility. December is festive but busier.
Is tap water safe to drink?+
Tap water is treated and generally safe, but most travellers prefer bottled or filtered water. We include complimentary bottled water in all transfers.
