Will I get good vegetarian and Jain food?+

Yes, almost every restaurant has 'Paneer Tikka' and 'Dal Tadka'. Even the food courts in Dubai Mall have dedicated Jain counters now. You won't starve.

What is the visa process for Indians in 2026?+

It’s still very easy. For Indians with a valid US/UK/Schengen visa, it’s Visa-on-Arrival. For others, we get you a 30-day or 60-day E-visa in 48-72 hours. No physical interview needed.

When should I definitely NOT go?+

Look, May to September is a furnace. Unless you want to spend 24/7 in malls, avoid it. October to March is pleasant, and January is the vibe because of the Shopping Festival.

Is it strict for Indian tourists?+

Dubai is safe, but be respectful. No public displays of affection, don't carry poppy seeds, and don't take photos of locals without asking. Alcohol is fine in licensed bars.

Is a day trip to Abu Dhabi worth it?+

Absolutely. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is worth the 1.5-hour drive alone, plus Louvre Abu Dhabi is world-class. Don't just stay in Dubai.

Can I manage with public transport?+

Yes, Metro is great for the main strip. But for a group of 4, Uber or Kareem is often more convenient and surprisingly affordable.
